Your account wishlist is private unless you choose Anyone with the link. Shared pages show the exact wishes and selected finishes. Private hides the list; resetting or pausing sharing revokes the old link. Changes held while private need your explicit review before publication.

Tracked gifts use a random app-only checkout reference. Shopify payment marks the wish as GIFTED for visitors. The recipient sees only a wrapped gift count until they unwrap it after verified delivery, or confirm arrival after the server-held expected date. Before unwrap, no gift item, buyer, note, price or order identifier is sent to the recipient. After unwrapping, the recipient sees the buyer’s optional note and the name they chose to sign it with, never their email or address. The note and name also go on the buyer’s Shopify order so the gift can be packed with them. A thank you the recipient sends is emailed to the buyer by Weezy Pop, so neither sees the other’s address. Unwrap adds the exact finish to My Charms and removes that exact wish. Refunds and cancellation revoke gift ownership on the next sync. Gift alerts name neither the item nor buyer. Addresses and buyer contact details are never stored by this service.

My Charms combines your Shopify orders, staff-approved in-person registrations and unwrapped gifts. Pending registrations and wrapped gifts never earn collection badges. Registration proof photos are private Shopify customer metadata, stripped of location data and removed from active records when resolved. Do not include payment details or other people in proof photos. Your app collection and local snaps are private.

Delete my app data removes wishlist links, gift records, registrations, notifications and app collection metadata. Shopify accounts and orders remain. Minimal hashed deletion tombstones prevent replayed requests from restoring deleted data. Backups expire within 14 days. Owner-published stack, snap or milestone links expire after 30 days or may be removed sooner; copies already saved by others may remain.

Shopify handles sign-in, purchases, payment and fulfilment under the store privacy policy. This app-only service is hosted on Fly.io in London. Contact Weezy Pop for help.
